Tiffany Gardens condo board knew that they had some very bad leaks in their siding that were a concern to homeowners. Once GMP started to investigate we could see the extent of the water damage to the exterior sheathing. In many suites, our crews had to remove the sheathing down to the studs to repair the rotting structure. Once we remediated the rot we installed new Hardie Board. Each condo owner was responsible for their own window replacement and many chose to replace their windows with us too.
